When you remove the battery to store it, make sure it is in a safe, climate-controlled space. If the bike is not used for a longer period, it is best to remove the battery from the bike. Charge when needed, at least every 3 months. When charging the battery, make sure it is in a dry location and be sure it’s in a place where it won’t cause a fire.
